Arcadia letters are carefully prepared in our workshop and shipped each month.

Each envelope may contain different fragments from the world of Arcadia: illustrated stories, collectible cards, stickers or creative surprises depending on the current adventure.

We prioritise recyclable paper for our envelopes and printed materials.

Orders are generally prepared within a few days after purchase confirmation.

For subscriptions, letters are shipped according to the Arcadia delivery schedule indicated on the website.

If you experience any issue with your order, you may contact us via the contact email address provided on this website, and we will do our best to help you.

As many Arcadia creations are handmade or produced in limited editions, some items may not be eligible for return. However, in most cases, especially if a product arrives damaged or if an order mistake has occurred, a suitable solution will be offered to resolve the issue.

Each letter, illustration and creative surprise is carefully prepared in our workshop before shipping.
